Station Manager

Goals For WGLZ: To bring our programming and production work to a professional level

Plans for after college: Move to an area with a bigger radio market and do production work

WGLZ radio has been apart of my college career since my second week of my freshmen year. I became a volunteer in 2005. I mainly helped with production and music scheduling. In 2006 I took the job as production/program manager. I was responsible for making most of the elements you heard on the station and also had a hand in deciding what shows aired when. For 2007 I took the role of station manager. I feel like we have a lot to accomplish due to the brand new studio but with the staff and our advisor I feel we can step up to the challenge.

Goals for WGLZ: To become a top radio program, not just for college radio but for any radio station.

Major: Communications/Minor: Writing

Goals for WGLZ: For every student who comes to West Liberty to know about our radio station, and to provide quality sports coverage for as many events as possible.

Plans for after college: Find a job in broadcasting and spend the rest of my life watching sports for a living.
